Yet, while these high powered corporate days saw me working with employees at all levels and flexing my People Management muscles for boards and senior stakeholders. I was just not challenged enough and it was clear that I had to design my own working environment and be my own boss.
I worked my backside off in Human Resources, Operations and Project Management for some major, diverse and amazing companies around the globe.
I also knew that I had to share my message with the world and that the global lessons that I learned could perhaps inspire others in their careers. By setting up this site, I have been able to connect with all of you amazing professionals - helping many of you to take a few more risks, building awesome work environments & career lifestyles.
