The competitive nature of today’s jobs market makes it rather challenging for people with disabilities to succeed in finding employment, even though employers in most countries are prohibited from discriminating on the grounds of a disability.

Here are some practical challenges which you may face when attending an interview, but which you can overcome with some fun pre-interview brainstorming.

If you have a mindset of “Here is how I will deal with this obstacle” – you are far more likely to get hired, than someone who does not believe that obstacle can be conquered. 😉
